Meg Jones

Dr. Meg Jones studies queer and trans issues in education, including educational policy, school-based literacies, and teacher education. In 2021-2023, through a Fulbright Finland Foundation and then an American Scandinavian Foundation Fellowship, Meg was a visiting researcher at the University of Helsinki in Finland where she worked with a team to learn from and contribute to a team of international researchers situated in the Nordic countries to focus on critical issues in global education broadly and Finnish education locally. Dr. Meg Jones is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and is currently an Assistant Professor of Education at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont, where she teaches courses on public schooling and Literacy.
